Question about using eBay on your mobile

This account is a buyer account. I use it in mobile by using sky wifi

However I want to change it to a different account on my mobile

But my question is

if I delete the cookies etc on my mobile.
Change the ip address in my sky router
Delete the app on my mobile and install.

Would my account be linked
The account is just a buying account. Does eBay detects the sims number or mobile cookies

Selling account are done stealth on laptop

Normally I would just blindly advise you how BAD it is to use the ebay mobile app. But why not just read a portion of their ToS contract that you accept after you install the app on your phone and you can see why it is a bad, bad idea to use it.

You want to avoid using this app at all cost if you plan on using stealth accounts. If, however, you want to use it...then you run the major risk of linking accounts.

Not for stealth accounts.....never have and never would.

What I need is for a buyers account..so just to buy items.

my ip changes each time I disconnect the router..so using wifi is a great option..but what I need to know..after uaing these methods..does eBay detects sim number

Its just really a bad idea to use this app in general for linking. If you want to buy something its best just to use your computer, and make sure your follow the steps to assure that your account is safe!
