Upgrading my PC - What to do with the cookies?
 

I am planning on buying a new PC. What should I do with the Ebay and Paypal cookies in my current PC? Do I have to copy them to my new PC so Ebay/Paypal can find them? Will I get a limitation if I login from my new PC without having the cookies?

I wouldn't worry about it. People DO buy new computers, hard drives crash, etc.

But I wouldn't suggest changing the password or name or any information on the account immediately after logging in. Account will get limited right away. Happened to me..

Will this involve those US accounts running on the Uruguayan IPs?

IP issues aside, you can browse and bid for some time before selling to rebuild the cookies.

Few posts here in the forums about transferring cookies if you want to look for them
