firegloves / changing user agent/ keyboard language questions

For added security, do you guys use any add-on to firefox?

I am a little worried about browser fingerprinting.

I have been testing firegloves and a user agent changer.

Used to do this.

Use MAC now.

Total stealth within side the box nowadays

Decided to change because various Microsoft dependant program's went flaky.

I don't use add-ons for firefox...chrome...IE...anything - everything neutralized

Chrome is flaky.

Leaks and is not secure.

High % of our accounts that had issues used CHROME

:nono:

that is good to know about CHROME. I use it a lot.

So best stealth browser is FireFox.

And you run no-addons at all with firefox? or special addons that change the user agent?

Hello

I have been doing some research. When managing multiple accounts from the same PC, it seems a good idea to do the following:
1. use firefox
2. user the firegloves add-on to prevent list of fonts and plug-ins to give hints to ebay you are the same person
3. assign a unique user agent to firegloves for each account. This way you are on the same PC but you are reporting to be running Chrome on Linux for one account, safari on a mac for the other, etc.

Has anyone tried that method? It may be overkill but ebay could start looking at browser fingerprints at any time to link accounts.

J.

They would need to have software installed on your computer to be able to see information like that (as far as I know). Same goes for any hardware or computer settings you have on your computer.

No. You're getting too paranoid, and even if they can I don't see how they will potentially use the info towards their account profiling.

Thanks for info! I am just brainstorming stable setups on the tech side.

No - that's way too deep and user-regulated for them to detect
