Can Ebay track you without having your browser on ebay.com?
 

Ok, so I changed to a different windows user account within the computer.

I activated my browser, but do not go on to Ebay. The thing is, the ip at the moment is tied to the legit account.

I know that the browser is already logged on to Ebay.

The home page for this browser is ipburger and that is the only page it went to before I closed the browser. Would Ebay be able to track this even though I didn't go on to Ebay?

So long as you don't go on eBay or an eBay owned companies website then you are safe.

Agree - eB doesnt collect your information about other sites (not known to yet)
