Getting up a computer for stealth.
 

So in a turn of events my parents bought a new computer and they are getting rid of the old one. I decided to take it for stealth purposes. When I set up the computer is there a way I should do it? I am interested in using this for many accounts in the future. Any advice would be great.

I would completely reformat the computer, reinstall windows, and create the User accounts you will be using.

I get virus protection from comcast. If I logged into comcast from the stealth computer and later made a account on ebay would it raise a red flag?

I think your stretching way too much on this. Comcast doesn't own Ebay and vise versa. I honestly don't see any linking between Comcast and Ebay.

Last question is since I got this stealth computer back to factory settings and it has a different Ip address now, would I still need to use a program to hide the infomation that is on pictures when I list items?

You can use a program called exif remover, it will strip all data off your pictures. I'm attaching the program to this post.

I notice you have asked a ton of good questions.

Most important thing you can do is make sure you understand different user accounts, log your ips and use gmail that is set up correctly.
