USC Dongle Connection: do you think its slow ?

curious on what kind of speed for Dongle Connections you guys are getting.
for one of my stealth i use the T-Mobile USB Dongle and its annoying, some times it wont load up the webpages correctly. additionally the stupid Dongle which connects via Signals to Towers will switch up on its own, so you get multiple IPs without it notifying you.

I use tmobile prepaid hotspot from walmart and get 24mbps down and 13mbps up in california on 4g lte speeds

For $10/Month Verizon 3G...no complaints...really good for stealth.
