Do i need to clear cookies if?
 
I switch to new user account? I am just concerned about my regular user account as thats where ebay banned me. Thank you for your comments guys.

You keep 1 stealth account per user account.

No need to ever clear cookies, infact it is recommended to always keep cookies in place.

Like JamesNorth101 said, it's always best to keep the cookies in place & not clear them

Also, log all your IPs so you never use the same one on any other account

Being organized is crucial to being stealth successfully. Always keep records to avoid linking problems or mistakes

Cookies are scripted to each user act
Each user act is like new pc & new id so keep settings in internet explorer to normal. Ebay loves them.
Keeping track of your ip's is your main concern like above user mentioned!
