AT&T DSL Motorola modem changing IP will this work?

I have the Motorola 2210 modem on two PCs on each end of the house.
When I unplug the phone line on one modem and plug it into the other modem the IP changes but not the first number 76,. the other three sets of numbers change including when I unplug the modem for 15 min. Will changing the last 3 sets of numbers be enough to fool ebay?

I downloaded Opera and I'm going to use Opera only for ebay.
I'm going to start as a buyer first but from what I've read changing the Paypal email addy is not going to work that I need to start a new PP account with a different address than what I give to ebay....is that correct?:D

ahh screw Opera! It imported all my bookmarks from Firefox, something I don't want in a browser I'm only to use with ebay/paypal and I could not figure out how to delete them.

Opera is okay, I've been using it the past couple years now.

yep, I like the way I have it set and don't want to change it.

yea it's fast but in 'manage bookmarks' I could not delete any of my Firefox bookmarks that I did not want imported in the first place.

You must be doing something wrong if you cannot delete unwanted bookmarks, simply go to bookmarks>>organise bookmarks, and delete away, and if that doesn't work their must be something wrong with your browser, try downloading it again.

I'm more worried that using free gmail is going to raise flags. I'll just lay low and watch a few items and bid next week.
I'm wondering if I can ask a seller if i can use a friends paypal (my old PP account) to pay for a item if he just sends a plain 'request money' invoice?

yes what's not to like about gmail. best free email, IMO.
