Iphone ebay app does it log IP if signed out
 

If my wife is logged out of her ebay iphone app and she is using 3g data but say she wants to log in one day but the wifi is still connected and she loads the app and its at the sign in page and she is like **** and goes and turns wifi on her phone off will ebay log the IP even though she is not logged in I presume it may do this via some sort of cookie maybe?

So to summarize if she is logged out and using data but then say presses the app without signing in on WiFi BUT its only at the sign in bit is ebay gonna be able to see the WiFi IP???

If this is a risk I may just go and get a dongle instead of changing my IP but I have a fast internet speed of 120meg which i pay alot of money for so don't really don't wanna go on a slow ass dongle if I can help it.

I have also looked into a FRESH DEDICATED VPN IP but for some reason people say there no good but as long as they are fresh and dedicated I dont see how they could be a risk tbh.

Stop using the eB app - for IP use dongle, cellphone tethering, your own dynamic DSL line (examples)

It's been recommended a few times on this forum not to use the eBay app..
