Is it safe to use same laptop?
 

Do you think accounts will get link by MAC address?

I mean, is it safe to use same old laptop I was using on my old suspended account?

I will remove all cookies and date but I am concern Ebay will see my Mac ID and can use it to see what other accounts used this MAC id ( laptop) to create or use accounts.

What do you think guys?

eBay doesn't track by MAC ID. If you want to use the same computer go ahead and delete all cookies and start fresh. If you plan to run multiple accounts you should make new user accounts for each account so cookies are kept separate.

x2 some people even go as far as wiping the entire system clean and re-installing the OS... can never be too safe!

Nope cant see your mac address make a new user on your laptop and keep all your cookies for that account or just download Ccleaner and clean that user on your laptop and start fresh but keep your cookies after that eBay hates no cookies on your computer there are other ways of being linked so just read the forum and learn how to not get linked

Change your Browser, to a Different One,,,They DO track you using a Method called "Browser Fingerprinting", and Clearing Cookies, ect, ect, is not enough

Why don't eBay track via MAC address? Is it illegal for them to do so?

I have up to 40 accounts per laptops with more then 10 laptops, a few towers etc and never an issue.

Pay close attention to details, keep track of IPs, cookies, user accounts etc.
