My DSL is Verizon. They offer me 2 in 1 box~ What to change My IP?

My DSL box is 2 in 1. Modem and Router in 1 little black box. Beside plug on and off theory, anyone knows there is another way to do that?

And I use wireless all the time.

For my office also. I can't plug out the internet for more than 5 minutes...any advise?

Get a second Modem which you can unplug to reset the modem? Or start using dial up.

For Aspkin, I can't, How can I have a 2nd moderm in my office or use dialup in office?
