paypal mobile with second account

I created a stealth ebay and paypal account using different info. On my paypal account they want me to link the phone i am using my mobile paypal to my paypal account. (I set my paypal up with a different phone) This is the same phone i used with the account i got banned from selling on ebay with. Can i do this with out getting caught?

And do you know how this forum feels about eBay/Paypal apps?

We don't recommend using apps...period. Has this phone previously been used for suspended accounts along with the app?

Yes it has. I changed yhe ip address for my phone.

When using the APP it does not matter if you change the IP address. It is linked to the phone itself. Even if you whipped the phone totally clean it would still link you if you loaded the APP. Each phone as a unique number attached to it, the APP can read this. This unique number cannot be changed. Urgo, stay far far away from the APP

Yea I noticed even a factory reset won't work either it stiill managed to autoinput a user ID when I went to the Paypal or eBay site from old accounts even after a reset. Crazy that's why I stukc my iPhione in th emicrowave and sent it for RMA on the ground of "manufacturer malfunction" covered under warranty.
