Best Dial-Up service? Does it matter?

I need to buy some dial-up and not sure whether to get:

AOL
Juno
NetZero
Earthlink
PeoplePC
...or one of the other 100+ available.

Are any better than others?

Dial-up is dial-up, sign up for the cheapest would be my recommendation.

As long as it gives you a new IP on every new connection.
Or do they all do that?

I use a cellular modem on my phone!

I personally use the cellular modem on my phone. I get good speeds and it's already part of my package. Plus I get a new IP almost all the time. However, thus the reason for being affraid to run multiple accounts, as I might reuse an IP. Any thoughts to my point?
