Separate web browsers in one User Acc

Hi,
I have 2 eBay and PP accounts for each User Account.
Before I'm switching to the other stealth I change the IP and use another web browser.
I use Firefox and Chrome, each one for each stealth.

Is this method safe?
Does it keep the cookies separate?

Hello. It may well keep cookies separate for the time being but I've heard talks of things being downloaded via eBay. Always best to use two separate user accounts incase
