Re-installing my computer for new stealth account?

Hi all, I need help. If I re-install the computer that I was suspended from ebay with, can this get rid of ebay tracking for me if I use the computer for my stealth account?

That's a whole different question :typing:

OP, you will need a new IP address but a fresh installing of windows OS would not generate an new IP. Need to see if you ISP provides a static or dynamic IP.

There are a lot of other steps besides the new user account and the new IP address as well. All must be followed.

Thank you for you reply.I bought stealth ebook. I am from UK, which is the best card to use for withdrawing for pay pal account and which one is best for verifying pay pal account.

Try re-reading the guide.

A card cannot be used for withdrawal on UK Paypal.

Only a UK bank account can verify UK Paypal.
