Acceptable.

ebay/paypal always understand the ISP can change geo-locations.

Provided the IP is still within the USA, there should be little chance of issues.

Make sure you have your user account & cookies in place

im not even doing anything since i dont have anything to verify a paypal account.

It's cool. My home IP is says I'm in Cali, but I live on the other side of the country. I log in through my mobile hotspot, and it also says I'm in Cali., just a diff city.
