Ok I'm new and i read all the threads and still didn't find answers
I have one ebay account in my home on my dest top
and I take my laptop to the liberty and log on there with there wireless access . now my question is can i open a new account at the liberty each week after deleting cookies from my laptop i have been to ipburger and i see the liberty ip address does not change so please help i want to get up about 10 accounts and start selling soon

Right, you'll need a new IP address, delete all cookies including flash objects before creating a new account.

What the heck is a liberty?

I think they meant "Library".
We have to remember that not everyone's first language is English. ;)

I can understand the language issues involved but I have no idea where they are from.

I wouldnt recommend using a library for all of your ebay operations. Ive heard of people using the library as their spot to register new accounts and find out the next day their accounts have been suspended due to using the libraries computers. Someone else probably already beat you that idea there. So libraries are almost like using a proxy with ebay. Odds are it isnt going to work.

Another idea I would recommend is calling around certain auto places, hotels, book stores, or wardrive at the very least to obtain some wireless networks. A lot of commercial auto repair places offer free wifi while your waiting. And also 99% of hotels now offer wifi access to their customers. Some are free, some you have to pay.

Wardriving would be the good alternative for making sure your accounts wont be getting banned. The bad side of that is you would have to travel to each spot to login properly if you wanted the IP addresses to stay the same. But youre traveling to the library so I dont see the issue with it.

Make sure your cookies and flash cookies are organized as well. Hope this helps
