I need to rent a VPN, how can I know their IP is clean or not?

What you should be renting is a VPS. These are what I have used for years.

dial up modem IP is better and safer !

VPS or dial up are you best options if you want to appear to be in a different country.

VSP/proxy/TOR or anything else like that will not work.

Not sure if you know this but the OP is most likely trying to look like he/she is in the US...hence probably should be using a VPS.

You would know IF you read the forum the issues of using VPN.

Personally I did not have good result with VPN. Don't use Strong vpn, it is very popular.

Yes i agree please don't use strong VPN because ebay will trace your information easy because it popular and then please use VPS, that good and strong for your account
