phone tethering help needed please.

So I'm tethering my phones connection and using it for my stealth account. Is it correct to turn my data on and off before and after connecting my phone to my computer to get a new IP each time? Will it matter that I am using a different IP each time I log in? Thanks for reading.

Keeping track of IP is a good move. It doesn't really matter EXCEPT for when you operate multiple accounts...you do NOT want to use the same IP across accounts

I can't speak for your cellphone provider but I know when I use my cellphone tethering simply turning the tether on and off did not change the IP address. turning the DATA on and off changed the IP address though. Just try them both and check the IP addresses before and after each step.
