Question to tmobile tether users

I have a question about the airplane refresh mode to get a new ip address. My sprint phone will give me a new ip address after the airplane mode refresh trick. Do tmobile phones do the same thing? Thanks

Just about all phones will work with the Airplane mode.

I actually been having problem with tmobile ip refreshing lately. I need to shut it off a long long time before it switches as oppose to being pretty much instant before.

That's because the IP Pool with T-Mobile is not a very large one. I've already tried T-Mobile with a dongle and the IP range was awful.
