gmail Account phone number

I have an old gmail account.... I just used the other day for a stealth account.
I’ve been waiting for Paypal verification. I just found out that i use my suspended phone number with this gmail account. Will it linked?

Hi,
well, gmail has nothing to do with Ebay or Paypal.

If you have used this "banned" phone number only for Gmail you are safe.

Don't use it again for Paypal or Ebay.
