help! Stealth Address in Canada

Hi,
How did you manage to have several stealth accounts with different home addresses? I have limited friends that I can use their address for Ebay.
few relatives have their eBay accounts as well. Please help.
We are new in Canada... I have a latest stealth account but got the MC133 maybe because it was easily linked to my old suspended account.
