problems with laptop is it safe to change

problems with laptop is it safe to change to my desktop through pdanet on my cell phone. If I create a new user name. This new computer I will be using was the one that got suspended year ago. As Long as I create new user name and google chrome is clear I should be good right?

Creating new user name account on windows 8 makes the web browser clear from any traces from other users right? thanks again

New user account, new ip etc will be fine.

Nothing can be the same as banned account period.

Remember...nothing can be used from banned account...no phone, address, name, bank account, etc.
