Pdanet usb tether and wifi both signed in, Worry?

Pdanet usb tether with my cell and wifi both signed in at same time accidentally should i worry. When i switched users I left my wifi on accidentally and used pdanet to log in. When I went to browser which connection does it normally use? it was only for a minute when I realized. Stupid me. I know this is a new modem/router i have now i never used on the suspended accounts.

If its the same IP you should be more careful. Repeat what you did but dont go to ebay. Go to ip check site and that would tell you which connection is normally used when switching. Then to make sure repeat it again. That should give you your answer.
