Hi, I do not know why the reason but a buyer who wants to pay for the item stated that my PP either locked or inactive.So whats the reason for this problem?Anyone knows?

Usually if you cannot receive a payment it is because you have some form of limitation on your paypal account.
Does it say anything when you log into paypal?

So many reasons...did you provide the RIGHT pp e-mail in your eb listing? Is your PP LIMITED? Explore and report back...not all of us are magicians with crystal balls...

The email i used is the same either PP and also Eb

There is nothing said about my account when I logged in.I do not know why,but the buyer show to me on his desktop that My Paypal is either locked or inactive

Did the buyer maybe make an error with the email address?

Look in your spam folder in case there is an email.

But since you said, you signed in & it looks OK, maybe the buyer made an mistake.

Hope you find out the reason.

Sounds like someone is trying to scam you.

There is no email in the spam folder.

The buyer also show to me the error that shown on his desktop while trying to checkout

What kind of a pp account do you have? Did you ask for screenshot from buyer?

Have you checked that the email address you placed on your listing matches exactly with your paypal email address?

Worst case scenario I would try paying yourself using another paypal account, maybe ask a friend to do it for you. Just to make sure 100% not working.
