i got suspended from my home cpu which has wireless router. have a new account which i have been using from a laptop and usually goto a public wifi to do ebay stuff. i have NOT used my cpus at home with this new accout. anywho i was loading pictures on my laptop HERE AT MY HOUSE and noticed that the wireless on my laptop picked up the wifi signal here at my house however i DID NOT log in to paypal or ebay nor did i even get on the internet at all. should i still be ok to use this laptop at public wifis or do i have to do some sort of "cleaning" of the laptop to make sure its not contaminated with my router at my house???

You should be fine.

You have to log into eBay / Paypal for them to get your IP address. As long as you didn't do that, you'll be okay.
