Wireless dongles

Hi, shut down nearly a month ago been a few weeks researching and obtaining two sets of details to set up two stealth accounts (keeping everything separate ) I have just purchased and read though your guide to double make sure I was on the right track before opening anything,
Just a quick question,
I have a brand new laptop bought a week before I was "shut down" which was never logged on ebay, paypal or any website for that matter,
So if I set up two windows users, I have two wireless 3G dongles one brand new the other has been used for ebay on another laptop over a year ago, keep one dongle to one stealth account and the other dongle to the another stealth account, can I ask if this will remove all my IP address issues and I assume every time I log on the dongle will give me a new IP address ?

Hi there,

More experienced people will be along shortly, but in the meantime I try and help. Your theory sounds about right yes, by using 2 dongles, or by restarting 1 dongle between the two accounts should give you a new IP address.

There is a fancy spreadsheet that James created on here that you can log your IP addresses on to make sure that they don't get repeated.

If you are using a separate dongle for each account though then you should be ok, just label them up for the right account so you don't forget which is which.

Good luck!

You don't need 2 Dongles, If you get a Dongle + A good Service Provider who has a large IP Pool then you should be fine. Just make sure to log all IP Changes.

Hi,

Am I correct in thinking if I had two dongles and did not mix them up, I would not need to make notes of ip addresses ?

IF you use 2 dongles from the same company.....your still sharing from the same IP Pool, hence; you might get an IP from Account A on Account B.....also think about this, do u plan to only have 2 accounts ever? what if you open more accounts? are you going to have 1 dongle per account?

Best to note all ip as if you loose your stealth account and create a new one you can still use same dongle as you will know then if that ip was logged on your old stealth then you know will be good to go on new stealth.
