Paymate and ebay (account linking)

Hi, can anyone from Australia please let me know from experience if paymate information needs to match ebay account information?

I wanted to set up a paymate account with real information and link it to ebay, however, would link information to a previously suspended account?

I'm not sure if paymate australia and ebay share information so any advice would be appreciated.
