Paypal VCC AVC and Dwolla ?
 

I have read the stealth guide several times now, been lurking and reading posts after posts. I am so ready to get back on in stealth. So I got new address, name, IP address, computer, phone, bank account.

Am I right that Paypal can NOT see your bank account info to match it with your dbaname?

What is the difference between a VCC and an AVC?
Are they both used for PP for the cc verifier? Would it have the new name, address info?

I have a Dwolla account. Couldn't I just use Dwolla for eBay sales or would that become linked if Dwolla is under the ebay suspended name?

As long as you pick a bank which is fine with mismatched name deposits (if unsure, you can do a quick search here on the forums to find a list of banks), then you'll be fine. You are correct in thinking Paypal cannot see the name on your bank account. Just don't purchase anything with the bank as the funding source.

By AVC, do you mean AVS? AVS is address verification system, basically to pass AVS, the billing address on the card must match the billing address given to the merchant. For stealth purposes, a VCC you buy from one of the sellers here on the marketplace works, as does Entropay if you can set up your own account with them. You can also check into buying prepaid gift cards (Vanilla Visas work), which doesn't have a name or address attached. You can register Vanilla Visas online on their website by adding the zip code from your stealth account, and it would work fine for Paypal in that instance.
