I have several questions on how eBay link account via Paypal:

1. If I use my friend's information to create new ebay and paypal accounts, then transfer money from her PP accounts to mine as "personal payment" (which is linked to a suspended eBay account), maybe 2-3 times a month, will eBay consider the two PP accounts to be linked?

2. I have a new Paypal account now, but I want to avoid using the same real name as my suspended account, will it be OK that I use my name initials when filling the information of the "withdraw bank account"? (since PP says if the name doesn't match the one in the bank, the withdraw may fail and will charge 200HKD)

3. If two PP accounts once logged on with the same IP, will eBay link the accounts correspondingly?

Never use your friend's info.

Never do a paypal to paypal transfer EVER. Links & causes limitations.

That is a trick by paypal. You just add the stealth name you picked.

Please read more of the forum before you make accounts.

Your plan needs amending.

2. Best to keep things simple - name variation works.

3. 1 time is unlikely to cause issue but repeatedly could lead to issues

Welcome to the forums - ideas include spreading sales over numerous accounts, building accounts with good activity, not selling risky items....it is possible to stay below the radar of SSN request (examples)

Once they ask for Ssn on ur first time they send it if u can't provide it or get ein number.

Stop using account wait for reset that starts in new year
If you don't want to do any of those things then make sure u get money out of account and get new account
