I found the cheapest place to get VPS for paypal in so many countries is

Microsoft Azure

You pay by the hour and when you turn your machine off... it doesn't bill.

Tried VPN, but always make mistakes. So I use a RDP to microsoft box.

Other options:

Amazon EC2
SoftLayer
RackSpace

but these pay by the hour but have to pay the minimum monthly amount if you don't turn terminate.

So with the above, you can have it open for a few hours, delete your VPS and create a new one when you need it. Just an hour extra setup time as you only need a browser

totally useless for paypal if you lose the IP.

Bad recommendation, imo.

You are totally misunderstanding the needs of stealth and paypal.

I don't get it. It's dedicated. They give you a dedicated ip

dedicated to you only for the hour. Who used it before you? Who uses it after you?

High Risk of being used and abused along with very high risk of having been previously used or used in the future by a suspended paypal user.

Yankee hit it right in the head, thats not a good option. Cause if your paying by the hour, I can guarantee you that there not holding the ip for you when your not paying them, so its the equivalent of just using a shared ip and then you risk other people using it on ebay/paypal and getting limited.

You need a dedicated ip that only you have access to.

My vps said that it is ipv4 type and provider is microsoft coporation. Is this safe enough to go stealth?

So are you guys saying that I should not use a provider like azure, amazon, or google vps?

What about the 24vc vps that is here? Any recommendation for a good vps provider?

24VC is a VPN and has been ;proven safe and very easy to operate.

Azure also has the option of reserving a public ip even if the machine is turned off/shut down. you just need to request for reserving the ip from Azure powershell. For more details you can search thier forum.

Can anyone recommend a good Hong Kong VPN suitable for ebay, amazon and pp stealth then please...its really difficult, running out of options, might have to remote access a desktop as a last choice...very pain in the backside.....>.<
