VPS with multiple WAN ip's

Cheapest vps in my country costs 50$ a month. I want to open 3 new accounts so I can't pay 150$, thats too high, so I thought to add 3 more ip's but then i realized that I cant access the vps desktop from these ip's only from the primary ip.
Those ip's are static WAN ip's. Is there any solution for that?

Why not use dynamic ips. I know that is an option for you as that is what
I do, and been doing it for over a year.

Just make sure you use different ip address for each account.

Yes they can but you just make sure not to overlap the IPs across accounts

I need safe way and try this one before and I didnt had much success with it.
Is there a way to use thosw ip's for ebay with the vps?
