Login to eBay and Paypal apps with ghost account
 

I used my Samsung S4 mobile phone with eBay and Paypal apps. My eBay account was suspended and then I opened up a ghost account. What do I have to do with the mobile phone so I can use eBay and Paypal apps again? Will I ever be able to login using the same mobile phone again? Do I have to reset it or change the mobile phone's MAC address?

If you have downloaded the apps to that phone then it is done, you cannot use it again for any stealth accounts, you need to get another mobile, or use a landline if you have one.

You cannot use the app again on that phone.

New mobile is the only way to be able to use the app, but even that is not a good idea. App should just be avoided.

Stay away from apps completely...they are known to carry links.
Use a browser only. If you are multiplying accounts then use diffferent browsers for each account and use an ip changer. Keep track of these ip,s.
Change your sim or go for a call forwarding option.

Using a pc etc is much better but i dont have such items so i access off phones and have found that an ip changer and an exif eraser is a good idea and have yet to encounter any problems. Thats not to say i wont coz i might but religiously checking ip,s across accoubts is a must and definately dont install any apps.
Even a factory restore will not mean apps can be used so stick with.browsers :-)

Could they link the accounts if I logged into ebay.co.uk on my mobile phone's browser?

You need to start afresh, also not a good idea to do stealth from a mobile phone stick with a PC.

For the account that was suspended, was that wifi connection you used or mobile network.?

Its the ips that would link you so its imperitif that you dont reuse the ip.

When i stealth a phone, i factory reset. That only applies when the phone is not brand new.
I then get my ip changer in place at the beginning before i do anything. I then make the accounts.
I then merrily go on my way using the browser. My ip stays the same usually. Its handy for me to have it displayed across my phone bar so i can.always.see it.
Now if i go out and my phone runs out of battery, upon switch on the ip will be different. Thats fine if its a fresh one. Not to confuse you but i multiply accounts to two phones so if switch on means ive got an ip from other account then i can hit an ip changer straight away to get an unused one. Obviously different browsers are used in my case.

If your account is already set up and is up and running then dont do a factory restore.as it will clear your cookies which will cause you problems :-).

I do and have many accounts up and running.
Perhaps not ideal, but it works for me :-)

What about if I use the tethering from mobile phone to the PC? Since I've opened up the ghost account. I have a new computer, new router, new sim card and different static IP address.

Then that should work. Im not familiar with pcs and tethering so someone else will be able to verify if that is ok as i wouldnt want to give you wrong info.

What you have to do is stop using either ebay or paypal apps on the phone.


You can never use apps on this phone. You should use a browser.

Did you not read a single thing about this before you made the thread?

There are hundreds of posts on apps.

Look at posts by MM78 . He is our apps guru.

Gawd, you dont half talk rubbish.

Used correctly it's fine to have mobile as access for doing stealth.

For someone spruiking all over the forum about what an ebay genius he is, you need to widen your perceptions.

I just think using a PC is better for me I could never use a phone to say run 10 accounts it would be to difficult.

I do it with no problems as yet.
However, the downside is that i have a lot of phones lol

A pc would be easier i agree but i havent got one so i just make use of what i have and hope for the best :-)

In fact it is whatever works.

And for many of us, mobiles are excellent.
