IP Address and Cellular Phones
 

I have a smart phone, one of the features is I can share my internet on my smart phone with my laptop. Wondering if this would work in not linking my accounts, does a cell phone use similar it dial up???

It should work, you just need to follow the other steps as well in eBay Stealth and you should be fine.

Well, it might hit the same towers or ip points as your old pc. I think amazon caught me that way. It was a new ip, new pc , but somehow they got it. But possibly due to name or bank account. just do it from a location ... say 30 miles away. I would still try to play it safe.. just a thought...

Yeah, But ebay sees that you are using a phone. (at least they saw when I was log into with an iphone) does that cause red flags that we are using a phone to do all our business? I would think we would have to log into a real computer at some point and when we do we get the phone call for changing ip's.

Yeah. ebay sees everything.
eBay Sees this forum. But they are too greedy for their fees.
