Webmail Service with No Images by Default?
 

Hi, there!

Please let me know, is there a free webmail service that do not display images by default? Of course, this is to avoid email web beacons. I know that Google, Yahoo, etc., can be configured to have no images displayed, but they have to be configured first. While there is nothing wrong with such configurations, I am just curious to know if there is a service that allows users to have the option of no images by default. Ideally, a webmail service that works with plain-text-only would be perfect, but after an exhaustive search, I came to the conclusion that such does not exist. However, there are some plain-text-only email clients that can even translate html to plain text, but they are not really what I am looking for.

If you have a smartphone whether it iphone or Android just check all your emails from there, and you simply go into settings under email and turn off images, and that's it any emails you add will never have images displayed
