One account suspended, the other wasn't
 

Some days ago, one of my listings was removed because ebay decided to ban the product I was selling from their website.

I wasn't banned, only got an email telling me not to relist again.

So fearing that I would get banned if I tried to relist the item, I tried creating another account with the same paypal account, same address, just a different IP (totally reckless I know).

I relisted the item and then I got an email saying my new account was permanently banned.

Now my primary account still hasn't been suspended, which is strange because their email says duplicate accounts will be suspended.
Also I removed the paypal email address I used to list the item.

So what I'd like to know from one of the experts on this forum is :
1. will my primary account be eventually suspended?
2. what about the fees? will I ever be summoned to pay them?

Probably someone on this forum was also in the same situation as me, and could come and witness in order to appease my fears or back them.

1 - Yes it is possible. Only time will tell

2 - If you owe eBay or PayPal fees they will try to recover them however they can

Your first account is doomed now. Dump it. And yes, you have to pay the fees.
