Help with not linking accounts. Tethering?
 

I have tried to change my IP address using various methods even those mentioned in the guide but unable to. Have purchased an account but haven't used it yet to not risk linking accounts.

Basically I have now bought data to tether with my phone and was wondering if there's anything I should be aware of?

Also wondering how you build up cookies? Do you build cookies by browsing before you sign in to the account or do you make a new user and sign in to the new account and then browse?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You will have no problem by tetering with your phone.

Just keep trace of the IPs used and try not cross use them between different accounts.

To build cookies, sign in and do your stuff.

I know you may have answered this already but should i sign in first as soon as a make a new user and browse?

Also I've read somewhere that tethering means that your ip will constantly change will that be a problem for Ebay especially since its a new account.

Sign into the eBay account using the new user account and the new IP

Browse on eBay. This builds cookies

So long as you have these cookies in place there is no issue with using a new IP address each time you log into the eBay account.

No, it is not a problem having a dynamic IP.
This is what I have always had for my real and my stealths accounts.

Tethering will keep the same IP until you physically change your connection; eg by switching between 3G/4G and LTE, or turning airplane mode on and off. You should be fine. Multiple IP's per account is also fine. Consider using the spreadsheet on this forum for tracking IP's, and always check your IP before logging into an account.

same as you do with any other internet connection...
