Ebay and Paypal APP

hey there,
Does ebay app and paypal app can connection to each other and track my history accounts?

I mean,
I got paypal account that was linked to banned ebay account.
I log on to a new account at my ebay app but doesnt connect yet to the old paypal account the was link to the banned one.

if i will connect to the banned account in paypal the new ebay account will be linked ?

too too dangerous to use any app if there are banned accounts associated with the cell phones/smartphones/iphones.

Be careful of linking and do not use the app.

Just Like rsot and GB said it is highly recommended that you do not use either app on the android or iPhone platform this is a very huge no-no
