I just purchased a VPN the closest IP address I can use is about 200miles away. I would use this same IP everytime I go into my stealth account. Is this ok? When I got to ipburger it says a different ip address than my suspended account which is good but when I got to command prompt and type in ipconfig it still keeps showing my old ip address. Is this ok or not good enough to open a stealth account?

Who supplied the VPN?

VPN would work if it's new IP AND not an overused VPN service - what VPN you using?

HMA! PRO VPN I choose a IP and it changes when I check it on any website which is good but it does not change on my command prompt

Your command prompt would not show you the VPN IP address - it would show you the IP address provided by your ISP.
The traffic is then routed through the VPN so if you check your IP address on a website it would show you the VPN's IP address.

I wouldn't recommend HMA, they give you shared ips, might work for a while but eventually when another user uses those ips for ebay, can get your account limited

need to get a dedicated ip from reliable provider

Your IP is whatever IPburger says it is, CMD doesn't Display VPN IP, it only displays your modem/router one but that's nothing to worry about.
