| glennk93 | 05-11-2015 12:44 PM | Remote Desktop Im looking to set up a computer at my friends house but I want to access it from my house (banned ip) but though remote desktop. Will that still work? |
Re: Remote Desktop Hi, why would you want to do that? Can just make a new user account on your PC or use VMware and then change your modem ip or get a VPN or VPS |
| ilcarletto | 05-11-2015 01:12 PM | Re: Remote Desktop I would suggest to leave your friend alone and resolve your banned ip issue with a stealth account...
You can thetering your phone or get an internet key or dongle to get a new pool of IPs.
You could easily manage that one and many other account from your PC without involving others and getting headache with tools and remote desktops. |
| glennk93 | 05-11-2015 01:44 PM | Re: Remote Desktop Well im just using his house for his IP so I dont have to pay for VPN/VPS or mifi. He doesn't use ebay what so ever. |
| glennk93 | 05-11-2015 01:45 PM | Re: Remote Desktop Plus if i get a vpn, that is just a random IP. Doesn't my registered address have to be within 100 miles of my ip location? |

And no ip location doesnt matter much, just make sure country matches. Can use a CA ip to make an NY account etc |

| muzzie | 08-22-2015 02:46 AM | Re: Remote Desktop But the cheapest VMware VPS (something with 256 RAM /single core CPU / 5 GB HDD), put Win XP inside. Make snapshot. Do all stealth stuff. If account gets killed - revert to snapshot, get another IP, and start all over. |

Simplez :) |

I think some providers recycle IPs? so it is not the SAFEST but safe enough i would say?

would you agree? | 24vc do not recycle ips, they are the best and most reliable vpn service bar none |

| This is just plain wrong, if you pick the fresh IP, you are guaranteed to get a never used IP, but if you buy shared, it is recycled. |
