ebay can track your cookie if you are not logged?
 

hi, i have a question for you..
i have 2 account in my windows xp, one i use for log in ebay and paypal, and the other for all the others activity.

my question is, when use the other account for all the others activity and when i see ebay pages without log in, ebay can track my cookies and others if i not logged in? thank you

eBay like a lot of sites will dump cookies on you the moment you visit them. Just browse them with cookies blocked or even have a separate browser with high security settings, cookies blocked by default, etc.

Or clear the cookies all the time. You can save your eBay cookies for each account in a text file if you use Netscape/Mozilla style cookies.

1- so if i visit ebay website and go to my email, ebay can track the cookies of my email and the cookies of the other website i m seeing?
2- if too i'm not logged on ebay?
3- if i'm visiting ebay website and go to my email, ebay can see in wich email i'm logged?
4- i can use MSN toghether see ebay website?

1 - don't load external images in email. Turn it off in your mail reader if possible or disconnect before reading. For webmail, turn pictures off before reading.
2 - clear cookies if they're not blocked
3 - See 1, though ebay is putting up ads on some mail services so their ad systems are planting cookies (e.g. yahoo mail). Yahoo claims ebay can't tell which account you're on. Just clear cookies before and after using an ebay account.
