Is Ebay API trackable?

Is it safely to use ebay API to control listings on seller account without get banned?
For example, if I'll send API requests for several ebay accounts from one IP. Can ebay track that requests and split this accounts?

Yes they can track the IP.....Please remember that ANYTHING you do with Ebay is trackable by Ebay, it's that simple. That being said, if you send API request for multiple Accounts from 1 IP, then you will have linked all those accounts to 1 IP.
