Ebay track you with IP and others ...
Alot of posts saying ebay track user ip but do they also track user hardwares? My locate ip changes every sec but with no proxy installed. Open two accounts previously using same computer. and when one of them got limited, chat with so many ebay staffs and 1 common thing is they ask "do u have addition accounts?"
Since my com ip changes every sec and no cache cookies how they know there are other accounts from the same computer. They must be tracking other things like hardware which are uniques. |
