Same computer, different networks.
 

So I just needed clarification. If I use a laptop to login in to ebay/pp and lets say, my personal non-ebay gmail account in location 1. Is it ever safe to use that non-ebay gmail account on the same laptop, in location 2 - where location 2 has been flagged?

I've given up on the IP resets, I always feel like they're watching me lol. So i resorted to buying a chrome book and using it in coffee shops, once or twice a day to conduct ebay busines. But I guess the question is, is it, is it safe to use that laptop at home for other purposes?

You should use a different user account for your personal stuff and a new user accounts for each stealth account. Also I wouldn't recommend the coffee shop strategy at all, if don't want to have to reset your ips all the time then just get a good VPN/VPS instead

You shouldn't use public IPs for your ebay accounts as anyone else can be using them, who may also own an ebay account.
You can create multiple users on your computer operating system to keep the accounts separate, but again you would need to use a different IP for the accounts.

OP - you can do that but make sure you cookies in your email client/gmail are disabled and some other stuff is disabled.

No need to spend any more money :)

Just use different user accounts for pc and it will work
