Paypal cracking down!!

I've had TWO accounts snapped this week by payPal.

Both on secure IP's. one was brand new and I was just trying to BUY something.

In turn, it shut the Ebay accounts down too.

They say they're not together anymore but I tend to doubt that.

No issues for me. Sounds like you may have gotten linked. To me IP is the least linking aspect. It is everything else plus IP.

Tons of accs got toasted previous week. It seems that they decided to purge the most annoying ones. All of my accs survived, and one of them even got re-instated (after a decent work, though).

Not seeing any unusual activity on paypal's side when it comes to any of my accounts. No limitations or anything.
OP might have gotten linked somehow.
Also, a new account being limited for buying is nothing new. Several threads discuss that topic.
