Does ebay allow Different account within Family?

Brother , sisters
Mother - father
Son - Parents ?
If one account is suspended . what happens?

Seriously, this should be pretty obvious. Even to the point where eBay even says yes you can multiple accounts, even family accounts but if we suspend you account, every account is going down.
