VPN log me out?
 

Hello

While I was on my new eBay account listing and my VPN service dropped and try to redial to connect back, while was doing that I checked my IP and was showing my old IP where my old ebay account was suspended from does that means my new ebay account is now linked to my old suspended account? Why is 24vc keep doing that?

Try a programme called VPNCheckPro and see if it is good for your needs.

With that program, you can close youe browser and other programmes if your VPN drops.

Regarding your logging in with old ip - if its a one off, you may be ok, but your account may be flagged so keep it in good standing order for a month or 2.

Ideally you need some software installed so that if your VPN does drop, you are protected.

The program I recommended works for me so I hope it works for you too. There are other similar programs so find one that works for you.

Also - just to make sure you are not leaking your original ip address whilst connected to your VPN, I recommend doing the extended test on dnsleaktest.com to see what is what.

If you are 'leaking' then that program I recommended can fix this for you too.

Yeah if your having issue with your internet dropping the VPN connection than for sure look into something like vpncheckpro or vpnnetmon it will close your browsers automatically if it disconnects from VPN

Or use vmware and set it up where theres no internet if the VPN disconnects

The info I gave originally I got from 123 so credit goes to him, not me.

There are some VPN providers that provide built in kill switches, I forget which ones.
