keep local data only until you quit your browser

I use google chrome for stealth accounts. Recently discovered something called. "keep local data only until you quit your browser"

Can someone shred some light and tell me if I am thinking correctly. So everytime I close my browser, my ebay cookies will be deleted?

And it is a good idea to have this option selected? correct?

I personally like to have my cookies in place.

Use separate user account on your PC for each stealth you have and for each of them keep your cookies.

Ebay/PayPal will recognize you every time you log in, looking at the cookies.

I feel much safer with my cookies in there.. I never delete them.

No need to delete cookies really. In fact you do want to keep them to have stranger account.

Separate user accounts are enough
