a question on the follow eBay

Hello
I have a lg phone
I installed the LG PC Suite program on my computer
and aa I connect my computer to the internet via mobile phone
and changes me to disable public IP-enabled mobile data
Did you know that eBay can track me through the LG PC Suite software installed on my computer think?
I use different Windows users
