New ebay account, using fresh mobile 4g contract?

Hello everyone..

I have the eBay Stealth from a few years back, but i have just one question.

I use my phone to sell, as most of my stuff (used car parts) are in diff locations.

I have recently taken out a new 4g contract

If i wipe my phone and start again, any reason i cant use this?

We also only have tablets in our house, no laptops.

Any help gratefully received

You can use the app only if you never used that phone or any phone to log into a banned ebay or PP account

Cheers mate. Do you know why, even if i wipe the phone and have a new contract, if i can use it?
